Voices
Our school project focused on the hypothetical goal of enhancing a brand's physical presence in the United States by establishing a store in San Francisco, aligning it with the company's community-focused values.
What I did
As a team, we collaborated to conduct market research, conceptualize a two-story store layout, create a partnership for yoga sessions, and develop a loyalty program. Our vision also included enhancing the store's aesthetics with San Francisco-themed elements and engaging the local community through cultural activities. Through this project, we demonstrated our project management, strategic planning, negotiation, and community-building skills, showcasing our ability to align business goals with core values.
MIT
MUSEUM
In our project, we undertook the task of addressing significant challenges faced by the MIT Museum, which included low brand awareness, incorrect brand perception, and a limited market size
What I did
As a cohesive team, we leveraged our combined skills and talents to tackle these issues head-on. Through a meticulous process of interviews and research, we identified the museum's key problems. Our innovative solution involved proposing a strategic collaboration with Air Jordan, which would not only showcase and sell rare sneakers within the MIT Museum shop but also elevate the museum's brand profile significantly. We developed a comprehensive design and plan for this collaboration, demonstrating our project management, research, creative thinking, partnership, marketing, and design skills. This concept aimed to reposition the museum in the minds of the public and address the challenges it faced effectively.
YEEZY
In response to the complex challenges faced by YEEZY, including the need to rebuild its business culture, rebrand after controversies, foster innovation, and embody the customer persona through a virtual brand ambassador.
What I did
We proposed and initiated the creation of an innovation lab within the company, designed to facilitate both brainstorming sessions and informal training programs.
Additionally, we developed a concept for a virtual brand ambassador and crafted a strategy to seamlessly align the virtual brand ambassador with YEEZY's mission of anticipating fashion trends and embodying the brand's values. Throughout this project, I demonstrated my innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, leadership, curriculum design, brand strategy development, and creative concept creation, effectively steering YEEZY towards a brighter and more innovative future.
SODEXO
I collaborated with a team to address challenges in the Sodexo market, including the need for more nutritious and varied meals and improved time management for students
What I did
We conducted in-depth research and interviews to identify the issues faced by American schools. Our innovative solution was the 'Sodexo Delidrop,' a unique vending machine capable of preparing customizable meals to reduce cafeteria wait times. Additionally, we planned cafeteria improvements to create a welcoming environment for students. This project showcased my teamwork, research, innovative thinking, product design, customer-centric approach, space planning, and prototyping skills
DOLCE &GABBANA
We collaborated with Dolce&Gabbana's marketing team to create an advertisement for the perfume 'Life Blue Summer Vibes,' specifically targeting Gen Z.
What I did
Our goal was to embody Gen Z values of authenticity, individuality, inclusivity, and empowerment. As part of the project, I contributed to the creative concept development of the video ad, ensured alignment with these values, and helped create an omnichannel marketing strategy. Our efforts led us to become some of the finalists in a live challenge, showcasing my skills in collaboration, creative concept development, strategic planning, and effective communication.
